Interview experience:

I will not add answers to my Gouge because I have found some gouges contain the wrong response. I arrived at PanAm around 0730 and waited till 0815. I thought I was in the wrong building at first but was not. I was greeted and went straight into the HR interview. This portion is not too long at all. They ask you about conflict in the cockpit and how you would handle it? Why Mesaba? What if another airline calls you while you’re working here, will you leave? Can you handle sitting reserve? Next, they ask about your most stressful time in the cockpit, and how you handled it? Also, specific problem, action, and results are important as they have columns with each to fill out below the question they are asking. Have you ever had a DUI? Other questions included how did you get your flight time? I see you do this or that on your resume, tell me about it. Are you prepared for ground school- you do realize how intense it is? Tell me about a time
