Interview experience:
The method of transportation is as has been related before. No written test of any kind, just a briefing about the company, followed by some waiting and then the interview... Chief Pilot and another representative of the flight department. They will ask you about your most recent flying job, what would they say about you, etc. Usual HR-type stuff. As for tech questions, they asked about the fire drill in my airplane and a couple of situational questions, but that was it. No systems questions on my interview, but I have heard about others getting hammered with tech stuff. Ten minutes in total. The basics about the company are thus: They claimed to only need six pilots for the time being, and all would be in the 1900.
