Interview experience:
It was pretty straight foward. I drove down because I'm only 1.5 hours north of DC. Got there at 11 AM. The group that flew in showed up about 15 minutes later. Kim Jennings gave us all a complete overview on Colgan. History, aircraft, bases, benefits, what they are looking for, etc. Then Jeb Barrett (Director of Flight Standards) called us in for the interview one at a time. Mine was pr
