OVERVIEW.
Delta will provide transportation to the interview, with a S3 standby priority pass, but you are responsible for lodging. There are several hotels near Delta's headquarters in Atlanta. All of which provide transportation to the interview. The invitation letter gives several recommendations for hotel accommodations and also serves as your proof for your space available round trip ticket to the interview.
Delta Air Lines’ interview is currently a three phase process completed in two days. Approximately eight to ten applicants in each group. Applicants should bring photocopies of the UPAS application, letters of recommendations, fight records, drivers’ license, flight certificates, transcripts, and Officer Efficiency and Fitness Reports, DD form 214 with them if available. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. Applicants are required to sign a release for a background check and are also asked to submit a short written application with updated flight times. Delta is now mailing these forms to your home before you arrive for the interview. There is no simulator evaluation, and job offers are made at the end of Phase two.
