Interview experience:
Comair interview lasts 8AM until about 3 or 5 if you are last to interview. Bill Lilies (Chief pilot) and Sharon Jones (HR) will talk about Comair for about 2 hrs. Then everyone takes psychological test. Psychological test. Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree. Just be honest and breeze thru it. Then you wait for Cog test or interview. A schedule is provided as well as lunch while you seat in a large conference room. Just talk with the others and relax until your time. Second step is computerized Cognitive Test
