Let me just tell you what a great experience it's been with everyone at Express Jet. However before continuing two points need to be made regarding the interviews. First, take the time to prepare your paperwork. Make sure you have a valid First Class Medical and all the other paperwork in the order listed in the instructions. I probably quadzilla-checked my stapled paperwork, the flight grids, my logbooks and everything else. Also, after you apply leave your application alone. The other pilots and I were mostly called out of the November applications; once you apply just leave it alone.
