Interview experience:
This is a post employment experience I felt I had to share. This is a heads up to all thinking about going to Pinnacle. First of all the numbers… Out of 33 people that were supposed to be in our class we had 10 no shows! Of the 23 that decided to take on the challenge, 9 failed out. DO the math that’s a lot!!!! They have a very high failure rate and at the time did not pay for any training while in class …still in early 2005. Once in the sims I had 9… repeat 9 different instructors for 11 sessions and 4 different sim partners... Somehow I passed... It was a miracle... There was no consistency with the training at all.
