Interview experience:

Arrived at Training Center just after 9am and after waiting just a few minutes, was escorted back to the presentation room, where Angela Baron had already begun the initial information session on Express Jet. There were 30 or so interviewees already seated, I was one of two females in the group. Our logbooks and time grids, and resumes were all collected. The information session consisted, as mentioned in all previous gouges, of company stats, benefits information, current pay scale, summary of training time and pay, and a few questions here and there directed at the group such as- where is the extra fuel tank located on the 145XR? (in the belly) Where was most recently added to our destination list? (montgomery alabama). After the presentation, we were given a ten minute break. We returned, and two at a time, people were called into the individual interview sessions. I was lucky enough to be in the second group called, there was no rhyme or reason that we could figure for the order people were called in.
