Interview experience:
One thing the others mentioned that I will mention again is the one year contract for 12,000 bucks and you DON'T get a type rating. I assumed that I would be getting a type rating for that kind of contract. As reported before most all of new hires will be sent to Maine. I had a friend tell me that they are not hiring anyone with less than 1,500TT and a few hundred hours multi. The pay is 15,300 plus any overtime you get and from what I heard it isn't much. As for the interview process you will walk in a meeting room and go over the paperwork etc. and this takes about 15 minutes. Kim Jennings is a super nice lady and she will relax you a little bit. After this is done you will be called in one at a time to interview with Jebb. The first guy who interviewed was in there for about 45 minutes. I think he had about 4,500 TT with 1,500 ME. I knew my work was cut out for me because I am a low time guy. First question after we sat down was the IFR alternate minimums. T
