Interview experience:
Interviewed in Atlanta. 16 pilots invited, 4 no shows. Most were current 121 with a couple of corporate guys included. We were all there by 0845. At 0900 Jill Nidifer of HR took us into a conference room for a company briefing. Later four pilot joined in to tell us more. We then were taken back to the lobby. One person was called to the sim, one into the personal interview. Sim check was conducted by two captains and you were allowed to pick either right or left seat, whatever you were
