Interview experience:

ASA was very quick with getting back to me. I was contacted 1 day after my resume was sent in, and 1 day after they recieved my application packet. My resume was sent on 5-25-05 and I recived the letter of conditional employment on 6-24-05. If you are quick and responsible with them they will treat you the same way. First day 5 applicants met. Bruce was are instructor. He took us back as a group looked over all of our paperwork and logbooks. After that he explained everything that we were going to do in the sim. He explaned it very slow and gave plenty of oppertunities to ask questions if you did not undrestand. After that he let us pair up 2 at a time to go for the ride. I went first as non-flying pilot because I wanted to watch one first. The guy I was with had flown one before and he knew what to expect
