Interview experience:

Was called on a Thursday for a Wed interview. Showed up took a 50 question written test. Seemed to be Commerical and ATP written test questions. Not difficult. Go take the ATP written and you should have no problems. Mr. Colgan then gave a brief about the company. Said if you want to go fly a jet there are plenty of regionals hiring. Said they are expanding another 100 pilots this year. You get based where they need you but within 6 months you should be able to go anywhere you want. Next had a Hr/Tech interview. Mr. Colgan, Hr lady (really nice) and a chief pilot I believe. They ask why Colgan? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Worst day in aviation? Tech questions on LGA ILS approach.
