Interview experience:

I was invited to interview in Burbank after being recommended by another Ameriflight pilot. When I arrived I was issued a badge and given some information on the company and the five simple scenarios mentioned in previous gouge. It’s all WWYD in each scenario. I was never asked about my responses during the interview so I assume that they review them later looking for any areas of concern. Joni from HR came in and greeted me and collected my certificates and documents. She was very nice and did a good job making me feel welcome and at ease. I was scheduled to interview with Jerry Clark but ended up interviewing with the Assistant Chief Pilot, Sean. No X/Y coordinates test. The oral was straight forward. I was asked to read a METAR and then asked random questions on Jeppesen DP’s,
