Interview experience:

First of all let me start off by saying what a great company. Everyone there was very nice and very eager to help us and make sure we were comfortable and relaxed. Day 1 was probably the harder day because you dont know what your getting into and if you mess it up you want have a chance at day 2. My advice is get some glass time even if its just 1 hour, GET IT! It will be the best money you ever spent. Also When you arrive at the Flight saftey building on day 1 talk to everyone and try to find someone with glass experience. There were 4 of us on day 1 three cfi's and one doing 135. Me and another guy had previously been in a crj FTD so we partnered up. Talk to everyone when you get there taht is interviewing and get there backgrounds, find out who has glass experience and partner with them, FS 2004 does not count for galss experince, it may help slightly but not enough, go by some real FTD time, it doesnt cost that much. Then he comes out and takes 2 of us at a time into
