Interview experience:

Did the online app. in Feb 2001. got a letter in May 01 to come and take the 1st phase test at the NWA headquarters in MN the last week of May 01. NWA flys you to MN, you pay for the hotel etc. Wear an interview suit etc. for the test as if you're going to interview that day...make a good first impression!! About 100 of us for the test that day...all in the "interview suits". Company folks give you a quick overview on the company...any questions...then the test. It's a "rate yourself" on the following situations etc. test. Can't get anymore specific as I signed a piece of paper stating I wouldn't disclose the actual test info. BE HONEST in your answers!! Got a call middle of June for part II interview...simulator/face-to-face interview. Scheduled for 3 July 01 and again they flew me to MN and I paid for the hotel etc. Early morning show, meet sim partner, go to the sim brief with a retired NWA Captain as the sim operator. If you can...pick the left seat and go first on the sim. 727 sim was the norm for
