Interview experience:

This site is so accurate it's not even funny. I printed out all of the gouges and then combined all the possible questions into a word document, then typed out thoughts for answers. Interview went very smoothly as a result. I'm one of the many furloughed 121 guys floating around and found that focusing my answers around these experiences (~120hrs of line flying ATR) helped tremendously. Awesome training facility! Day starts with free breakfast and casual briefing. 36 jets this year, with slight delays at the bombardier facility (they layed off too many people). That's why training is backed up about a month. MCO will likely close late this summer when the 5 remaining turboprops are retired. The new CRY700 is tricked out and can fly into the short keywest and nassau runways, so route structure shouldn't change too much. Many rumors of DFW opening as a base with expansion west. This is not for sure, but will likely start with airplanes being based there and crewed from CVG. Upgrade is looking like 2 years +/-. Benefits rule. 30 days for everything...medical, travel, etc. I went in to the interview not too sure of what to expect and left with a great impression. 2nd year CRJ pay is the same as 5th year ERJ pay at my
