Interview experience:

I wish I had known about this site prior to going to the interview, as everything I have read has been exactly right! Nice free breakfast, very relaxed and informal welcome followed by question-answer period. Same thing as everyone else is saying, 36 jets this year, slight delays in training because Bombardier can't deliver them fast enough, awsome benefits and travel perks. I sat down next to a very nice furloughed American Eagle pilot who asked if I'd been to this site, when I said no he said that the left side of the room (where we were) would get our interviews first and cog test second. That was indeed the case, don't ask me how. The interview was stress-free, two people, one human resources and one captain. I had two women, I don't remember the HR, but the captain's name was Kim, very friendly. While HR asked her questions, captain Kim looked through the logs and flight
