Interview experience:

The interview was very friendly, very non-confrontational. You get the idea that they really do want to hire you! The morning began with a very informal introduction to the company, same things everyone else has been posting, 36 jets this year, slight training delays bacause they can't get jets fast enough. Followed by question and answer session. Interview was very friendly, two women one from HR, the other a captain (Captain Kim). While HR asked questions Captain Kim looked through the logbooks and paperwork. HR questions were pretty typical: 1) Why do you want to work at Comair 2) Why are you leaving your last job 3) Name
