Pretty much this is standard from all the other gouges on this site. Day 1, start off with getting to know you type stuff. Flying background, where did you do flight training, current job. Briefed on the sim the group I was in operated out of ABY rwy 4. That is standard like the others. Constant airspeed climbs, descents, steep turns, tracking VOR, hold, vectors for IL
