Interview experience:
Finally - my turn to post here! I was in the morning group - second to last to get called for the HR session and final decision, long after the afternoon guys showed up. Everything you need to know is already posted below, so I'm going to try to make this helpful without being redundant, figuring that you're already going to be technically prepared and qualified. I think one of the posts below may have actually been put there by someone in recruiting as some of the Q's seemed to come right out of the script - they've got no reason to withold the info you'll need to succeed. It's not an inquisition, and your resume got you in the door, so just show them that you really are the guy depicted in your resume, and they'll have no reason not to hire you. Now, the first thing: YOU MUST BRING FOOD! Not everyone will have my experience, but for me it began at 4a.m. in MEM and I didn't eat till after the pee test around 5p.m. Lack of sleep, extreme stress, uncomfortable chairs, and low blood sugar are a bad combination, amplified by the adrenaline rusClick here to view all 555 interviews for ExpressJet
