Interview experience:
As other applicants have previously noted, the gouges are accurate. Intitially, all the applicants were taken into a small conference room and given a short presentation on XJT. Then we were individually called into the interviews. The interview was divided into three segments: Systems & Situational, Technical, and HR. Systems & Situational: They will ask you about the several of the systems on one or more of the most complex airplanes you have recently flown: Weights, V-speeds, Engines, Fuel, Flight controls, Emergency Procedures, etc. The questions can go pretty deep, so brush up! Situational questions like all the ones previously submitted... Captain with no seatbelt... Captain skips Checklist... Captain continues on approach after DH is reached and you call "No Runway"... It
