Interview experience:
NetJets seems like a great place to work - really first class all the way.
As previously briefed it is a two day event, the pay your airline ticket and your hotel. First day you'll take a 1615 van from Hilton to the NJA HQ. Once there they will conduct drug testing while giving a brief about the company, new contract etc. After that is completed (about 35-45 min) they'll give you a tour of the facilities including the operations room which is quite impressive. As opposed to other interviews I have been too where you get the feeling that you should just be lucky that you are there, at NJA they really sell the company and want you to be impressed. After the operations room you'll walk into a small conference room where they'll talk some more about how the whole concept of fractional ownership works - it's all pretty interesting. Thereafter they'll give you a pretty thorough simulator briefing (they really want you to pass) and at this time you'll also find out who your simpartner
will be and the schedule for the following day. The day ends with a tour of the hangar - it is nice and clean in there let me tell you, they had one Citation X, one Citation Encore and one Hawker 800XP all of which were very nice. The van back to the hote
