Interview experience:

Thanks to all of you who put in the extra time to help out us newbies!!!!! Everything was pretty straight forward in the interview compared with previous gouges. I met with Scott (Chief Pilot) and Heather (HR). Great people to interview with. Made you really feel relaxed which I greatly needed. I would say that the interview portion was 95% HR questions and 5% Tech questions. Others said they were asked more tech ?'s. I think it is the luck of the draw. The only thing I had to do tech-wise was brief the ILS approach into Dickison ND as if you were coming in from the south on a 040 heading. If you were cleared from Center for the approach how would you get established and run through the approach from glideslope intercept to landing and briefing the missed approach.
