Interview experience:
Well everybody my experience was good and bad. Got to the AA center at 8 met everbody and began the interview process. took the ATP written and scored very high on it ( missed one). I then filled out more paper work. then came the techical interview. Interviewed adn was asked everything from crew duty time, departure alternates, takeoff alternates, lots on jepp charts, and sid and stars, ( sorry I am not being more specific but all you need to know are on previous gouges, I am just submitting to make you awar of what can happen). After the technical was the HR. this is were I think I messed up. You must understand that they ask you questions and they will write down the first thing that comes out of your mouth.
