Interview experience:

Interview began with an afternoon sim check at the nearby FSI facility. You either draw the ATR or Brasilia sim….whatever is available. There were three of us being interviewed, all with prior 121 experience and we drew the ATR sim. Sim consisted of an instrument departure from a chosen field, ours was MGM. The instructor gives you rough power settings for cruise and an ILS descent and will get the gear and flaps for you. He had us level off on the departure and begin a turn pattern left or right ( 30 deg. AOB) maintaining altitude and 180 KIAS. After that, he asked for climbs and descents while in the turns. Finally
