Interview experience:

The whole interview process was great. Everyone was very friendly, and you dont feel as much pressure as you would other interviews. They really try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. To give you the stats (from what i counted), there was about 18 of us for the interview, and they hired 9 of us (so odds are at least half and half)Most of the people that didnt had 700 hrs or less. I think there was only 1 or 2 people who had low hours that got hired. As for the packet, everyone was confused since they wanted it in a different order when they collected it. (and it wasn't supposed to be stapled, go figure?!) All i can say is READ all the instructions and follow it EXACTLY. For our session, they combined the Jepp & the Tech interview. For me it lasted about 5 minutes, others were there for more than 15. I was asked if i had experienced any emergency during flight. Pulled out a Low Alt Chart and asked about MEA, MOCA, Grid MORA and how much clearance each gives. I was asked the Drunk Pilot Question and whut I
