Interview experience:

All previous gouge VERY helpful. A few new variations on same qns. Irate customer: TV screen/internet connection in back is not working. Separate scenario: Been an NJA owner for two years and every previous trip was "sold off" (hired out to a PArt 135 firm contracted to NJA). Customer lets you have it with both barrels as soon as he sees you, not realizing he's actually got a real NJA crew and aircraft for a change. You get a TCAS RA in RVSM airspac
