Thanks for the site, the information attained here really helps. Interview started with normal routine, the meet and greet agenda. The people at Comair are very nice. Facility is impressive and new. Start with overview of the company, by one of there senior pilots in which, he explains where Comair is and where they want the company to go. Then Sharon Jones came in and explained what Comair offers in benefits to there employees and answers a lot of the unknowns such as health care, travel benefits etc., very nice lady. Your schedule for the days events are then given out (interview, cognitive test times). The next thing was personality test of the entire group, cant study just be honest. The interview started with checking logbooks, certificates, license etc. Then Sharon Jones came in and started asking H/R questions. Give me an example of a disappointing situation and
