Interview experience:

The interview process is as previously described. Study and prepare for the interview as though it is the job that you most want, desire and have dreamed of attaining for years and you will get it. If you have an interview they want to hire you. It is up to you to make it or lose it. The company is growing fast at the moment and everyone including the custodial staff were smiling. It is like a dream land of happy people who love what they are doing and thoroughly enjoy serving at the company. The antithesis of where I am instructing now. Things I wish I had done differently: 1) Studied the ATP written questions more thoroughly. There were multiple questions that I had to take my best guess at. 2) Studied the mechanical aptitude test prep book. I used the McGraw Hill ABSVAB prep book. I heard later that the ARCO test battery would have been better. I picked mine up at Borders Books but I think you can check them out at local libraries also. There was a guy in our group who did not study much for the writtens that has 121 experience with 2 airlines. He said that the the exams were very challenging. So, whom ever
