Interview experience:

This site was an incredible tool, everything is as everybody else has stated before, the absolutely go out of their ways to make you feel at ease and comfortable, the myth on the infamous potato salad loaded with onions and garlic is true, however, if you interview before doing the computer test, then you can eat the salad if you so choose. First Captain Anstett walks in greets you and talks for about 30 min about the company, brief history, what’s going on and outlook for the future, plans and Etc. After him, Ms. Jones comes in and explains all the benefits which are great and all but a few start after 30 days. After that, all the applicants do a psychological/personality test (Can’t study for this one) they’ll give you 60 statements in which you either Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral/Can’t Decide, Agree or Strongly Agree; i.e.: “I like to keep my things nice and neat”, “People often find me funny” that kind of stuff. Then half goes to the computer based test, half goes 2 on 1 interview. After that they cater you lunch, and right after lunch, the group who
