Interview experience:

Had interview one week after submitting resume. Pinnacle is an ok company. Apparently the pilots are not in charge of hiring, HR is.... I have no idea why, seems pretty ridiculus to me. I guess that's how 250 hour guys get hired. Anyway, started off with the sim. Flew the frasco to atp mins, no prob. You'll take off MEM rwy 360 climb to 030 rwy heading then vectors for the ILS 18L approach, if this is a problem for you, then go away. You will go missed (hopefully at decision height), hold with that piece of junk VOR and then end your session. Vicky, the girl doing the sim eval, has nothing to do with the results, they are up to you. They print out a profile of your sim and send it to the silly hr people to review. Then I went to the classroom and waited until they were ready and took the technical portion of the interview with a captain
