Interview experience:

2 phase interview: 1st phase: total time about 2 to 2 1/2 hours about equally split between the three different interviewers/panels. First meet with Director of Personell Joan Kraft. What do you know about NAA? Why do you want to work here? What distinguishes you from everyone else that's applying to work here? Tell me about yourself, your background, how you got started in flying? Are you a check airman? Have you ever had a problem with another crewmember, tell me about it, how did you resolve the problem? Where do you live, how long a drive is it from NY, are you willing to move to NY? Next meet with a three pilot board for a non-technical interview. Pretty much the exact same questions as were asked by Joan. Have you ever used an FMC? Have you ever had any difficulty in training? Are you furloughed from any airline with recall rights?
