Interview experience:

The interview is a 2 day process. My day started with 5 other interviewees. We all went into the ATR training room and had a brief rundown on the cockpit and locations of gear, flaps etc…. Then, one by one we had a 10-minute oral with the sim instructor. I believe the purpose is to get to know you a little. Questions on weather, jepps and various others. They take 3 people into the sim at a time.(so pray you are the first group to go). I was in the second group and had to wait about 2 hours before it was my turn. The s
