Interview experience:

Ok this is the second time I have tried to submit, so it will be shorter… Lots of people interviewing for only 20 spots. Experience ranged from CFI 500TT to separating Military pilots. This was the most competitive by the number of interviewees that I have ever been to. My experience: 30 min interview with HR and Dir of Flight Ops. In a room with 3 or 4 other tables all conducting interviews simultaneously. Be really prepared to sell yourself, I don’t think I did a very good job of that.
