Interview experience:

I really wanted to work for Skywest and would most likely go career there but the interview (tech mostly) was a little out there. Showed up with a bunch more and got a 2 hr company overview. Then they passed out the test to work on all day, 50Q ATP no fig and 20Q mechanical aptitude, really not a big deal but felt it was a waste (Good job you know how a screw turns, lets hire you!!) Anyway, get called out for the sim/tech as needed. The guy who did my tech was, in my opinion, unprofessional and I feel had I done it with one of the other guys I would have been offered a job. He walked me into the room and first thing out of his mouth was that I wasn’t dressed like I was serious about getting a job and certainly not an airline job.
