The interview like mentioned below was 2 on 1, Flight Ops and HR. HR: Tell us about yourself? (Don’t ramble on..keep it related to your flying career), How did you make it to Denver? I was from out of town and had to fly commercially, expensive on sort notice. How do you want a career as a pilot? They then asked me a lot of questions about my current job, how long I’ve been there, What’s appealing to you to go from a job with a set daily schedule to a job that requires you to work weekends and holidays? As a first officer with no flight attendant on board you will be the one to deal with unhappy passangers, what will you do when someone comes to you steaming mad? What is your greatest weakness?
