Interview experience:
It was a very nice informal style interview - part informative seminar( company overview, benefits, flight operations, etc), part actual exam started at 08:00 at St.Paul Airport old terminal building. Class size usually up to 10 people( I was with 5 other candidates) per day( one day process). Interview was conducted by one HR person and one Captain/Recruiter. Besides informative part, there were 3 written tests( multiple choice): one on general knowledge( math, logic ect. - timed - most people run out of time because you need to make some calculat
