I interviewed at SkyWest, ExpressJet, and Comair. By far, Comair was the best experience. They are down-to-earth professionals who are there to help you feel at ease. They are not there to bust you; they are there to help you do your best and to secure the much coveted position. There is no sim ride nor personality test.
