Interview experience:

I interviewed with Joey Flemming, from HR, and Ralph McWhorter who told me he was from flight operations although he is listed as a CRJ Captain on the pilot seniority list. Sharon Jones was interviewing with a line captain in a different room because there were 17 of us there on this day. Everyone seemed to have prior 121 and/or 135 experience. If there were any CFI's, part 91 or Comair Academy folks there they certainly didn't speak up. I work for a part 121 carrier flying a turbo prop. There were four of us there from the same airline, myself included. Captain Todd McGregor started out the morning briefing and Sharon Jones finished it.
