Interview experience:
Ok, I stayed at the Holiday Inn, which is a very nice hotel. I recommend staying there as you will most likey run into a few candidates. I arrived at about 6:00 p.m. the night before the interview. Had dinner with another candidate and we talked about our experiences and how we studied and some questions we might be expecting. The next morning, there were 12 other candidates standing in the lobby waiting for the shuttle. It was rather intimidating, but good to know Comair is looking for pilots. As for the interview..... Relax. An HR guy will be there to give you an overview of the company. You will be given a short tour of the facility, which is extreemly nice. I was very surprised. They are trying to calm you down before the interview or cog test. At about 10:00 a.m. they will start the cog test/interviews. I was finger printed and then was my interview. The interview was very straight forward. There is an HR guy and a captain in the little room. HR guy asks you questions first and the captain is making notes for his questions to ask you.
