Interview experience:
Day 1: Brief overview of company followed by a brief background of each person interviewing. The test was next. It covered weather theory, multi-engine aero (VMC v/s C.G.), and basic instrument knowledge. Also included was a written paragraph on any subject, CRM was suggested as a topic, but you can pick whatever you like. Next a one on one interview with a retired line captain.
