Interview experience:
What a great experience. Flew on their system into CMH on the Lear. Pretty amazing airplane. There was another jumpseater with me that was going to Denver, he just upgraded to left seat Lear, he took the crew car and gave me a ride to the hotel even though it was only a 3 minute walk away. Interview started at 930 in the lobby. Met with the other 2 applicants, both CFI's. Then Marshall and Bill came out and introduced themselves, Marshall gave us a tour of the facility. Impressive. Airnet is extremely proud and good at what they do. Huge maintenance department, the planes don't look like much but as long as they fly who cares, its always dark out anyway. After the tour got another overview of the company from Bill with a powerpoint presentation. He loves to bash the regionals and since I am a regional pilot, I was used a lot to answer many questions. Craig Washka came in and introduced himself shortly and talked a little about
