Interview experience:
All of the previous experiences are dead on, i was in the first group and thanks to ice that morning 3 of us were a little late, no big deal. We had about 13 to start, 2 were kicked out due to inadequate paper work, its not complicated to make copies and bring logbooks so just do it, a good way to show them you dont want the job is to come without the paperwork or logbooks.
