Interview experience:

I took the interview following the AirInc siminar in ATL, at the AirInc facility. The process took about 4 hours and consisted of a Face-to-Face, Psych Test, Cognative Test, Written Tech Test, Sim Check, and Drug Test. The Face-to-Face portion was with Phyliss Torres and Joe Edwards. Both are very friendly people who are very proud of their airline and enjoy answering any questions that you may have concerning it. Joe will ask you flying questions such as what do you need to make a visual approach, brief a ILS at HN
