Had a 5:30am departure from the east coast, flew mainline down to IAH. Having long been a COAir customer, I was painfully aware of the IAH terminal layout, and how it is designed to maximize walking distances between any two points in the airport. They give you very specific instructions for the paperwork. Follow them, or don\'t even bother showing up. We got a short presentation from the new Angela (Angela M.), and Angela B. was in and out of the room helping folks with paperwork questions as well. The paperwork took a good 90 minutes.
