Interview experience:
Stayed at the Clarion as the interview packet suggested, nice, with a good restaurant in lobby. In my interview we had six commercial pilots (five with 121 experience) and one military. Showed at 7:00 for an 8:00 interview (takes literally 2 minutes bus ride to get from Clarion to Alteon). The first hour they told us all about the company and answered any questions we might have had. Then we met with 3 different interviewers: HR rep, Line Captain, and retired Line Captain. All were very laid back but professional; felt totally at ease throughout each interview. Typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary, but here’s the ones I can remember: What if Southwest calls in 6 months? What do you know about unions? What do you
