Mesaba is hiring around 450 pilots this year and the door is open!! If your are looking for an opportunity to work with a company that is poised for great things this is the place! First off, I lost a lot of sleep the last couple nights for this interview, don\\\'t worry overall it is a very pleasant and very straight forward interview. As previous gouges state, the process is Written test, HR/Tech interview, and sim ride. The written test consisted of instrument/Far/Aim questions and a wonderlick intelligence type test.
