Interview experience:
Well this may seem a little bit lengthy but here I go: Phone Interview: There will be two to three phone interviews before you get the actual job. The phone HR will consist of: Why do you want to work for CS, TMAAT you exceeded a pax expectations, TMAAT you went above and beyond, TMAAT you had a problem with a captain, what is your biggest weakness, etc. The phone technical will consist of: Inside the IAF and visibility goes below minimums can you continue the approach (know 91 and 135), What if you were inside of the FAF, What do you need in sight to land, Tell me about RVSM, Why would an approach not have an inner marker, What do you know about PRM approaches, what is a hotspot (jepp plate), alternate rules (91 and 135) and a few others. If they don\\\'t call you back after the phone interview wait a week or so and then call them back (make sure to remember the name of who interviews you). I would know all the material in this gouge prior to applying. I know of several people who have received calls less than a week after they applied. Be ready to interview when you apply! I checked into the La Quinta (CS recommends) the day before the interview.
