Interview experience:

Getting There: Piedmont HR calls to invite you for an interview; I guess I expected a letter. Flew in the night before space positive. Like a previous post, the suggested hotel was booked so I used the Ramada. I told them I was Piedmont and they gave me their corporate rate. Airport shuttle dropped me off at the training center but I am not sure if I was supposed to take an actual \"Training Center\" van. I would confirm with the front desk for next time. I was first to arrive at 0650 (better to be early than late especially since Indoc materials I have started to study say 5 minutes late for a report time is write-up). There were 8 of us with 1 no-show and quite an eclectic group :) We ranged from early 20s to early 40s, 500hr CFI to previous airline experience. Interview Process: Intro with John Buchanon (chief pilot who is very personable) and HR (Carl, also very friendly). Personally, I was most intimidated by the written. 50
