Interview experience:

Overall, I was very impressed with the people at Mesaba. I've been to two other regional airline interviews, and Mesaba was the best so far. My schedule was company intro, wonderlic test, written test, sim ride, HR/Tech, and then drug testing. The fingerprinting is done after you complete the written and wonderlic tests, whenever time allows. The interview starts at noon, and my flight didn't arrive at MSP until about 11:30, so by the time I got off the plane, out of the airport, called the shuttle company, and got to Mesaba's headquarters, the company presentation was almost over. They knew and understood that my flight wasn't arriving early enough for me to make the first part of the interview process, and offered to answer any company questions I had in the HR/tech interview. No big deal there. First was the wonderlic test. Like the other gouges have said, there is no way to really prepare for it. But, doing a few IQ tests on the internet first will familiarize you with the type of questions. If you complete the "classic IQ test", those questions are very similar to the wonderlic test. In fact, I recognized one or two of them as being the exact same questions. Just work as quickly and as accurately as poss
